UK Government is investing 1.4 Billion in apprenticeships

The UK is investing heavily to tackle the unemployment issue. They realize that not everyone is going to make it through a 4 year degree, and so the UK government is working to expanding sponsored apprentice programs – and it looks like the idea is taking hold.
There are over 12,000 new places being added this year by firms like British Airways, Nissan and Siemens.
If you have a workforce in the UK – you definitely should look into whether you should be tapping into this labor pool. 92% of the apprentices stay with their employee throughout the whole program.
