Towers Watsons has released their 2012 HR service delivery study and it is well worth the read! It reminds me of the Cedar Crestone study – so it will be interesting to compare results when Cedar releases their results in October!
But here are the main takeaways!
1. HR Shared Services are here to stay
2. HRIT Spending is stable – and focused on Integration, Global platforms, and talent management
3. The study has a great overview of HR structure depending on where the corporate headquarters is. It seems like the overall trend is moving to “Glocal”
The one line that I really like is that once the Talent Management integrations are done right, and integrated the noise in the system turns into Music!
