50% of British working population had no training in 2011

Surveys that ask UK HR officers what they are worried or focused on predominantly get the answer of lack of skilled labor. However, this recent survey shows only 50% of the working population received some skill training.The latest statistics from the Employer Skills Survey did though. One revelation was particularly shocking; 13 million staff in the UK received no training whatsoever in 2011. That equates to almost half of the working population. Worrying, don’t you think?Source
